Supporting S.T.E.M. Education on Long Island

S.T.E.M. education creates critical thinkers, increases science literacy, and enables the next generation of innovators.

The mission of the Goldrath Family Charitable Fund is to support Science Technology Engineering and Math (S.T.E.M.) focused not-for-profits on Long Island. We want to make sure that children in the Suffolk County public school system have every opportunity for meaningful immersion in science and technology as we had growing up.

Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.

The Goldrath Family Charitable Fund supports The Children’s Museum of the East End (CMEE) and the Long Island Explorium. These organizations have continuously strived to foster learning and innovation. The Long Island Explorium S.T.E.M. enrichment programs are research and evidence-based, data driven, and draw largely on the theories of childhood development and education leaders. CMEE presents educational exhibits and programs, and partners with other arts and social service organizations to address issues that concern families in the community.
